ABOUT THE PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER

Brian McMillan is a Pharmaceutical Development scientist with over 25 years of Analytical and Formulation Development Experience at nationally acclaimed laboratories such as Roxane Laboratories, Bausch and Lomb Pharmaceuticals, and MDS Pharma Services as well as co-founder and CTO of CoreRx Inc. located in Clearwater Florida.  McMillan specializes in developing multi-layer tablet dosage forms, combination products, and bio-availability enhancement utilizing complexation and solid-state dispersion among other techniques.  Brian has also developed ophthalmic, solid oral, liquid oral, semi-solid, parenteral, and topical dosage forms over the course of his career.  

Jeff McMillan, RPh, MBA

ABOUT THE CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Jeff McMillan is a registered Pharmacist with over 40 years of experience.  Upon graduation from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Pharmacy, he was employed by Children's Hospital of Columbus, Ohio (now Nationwide Children's Hospital). He later was employed by West Volusia Memorial Hospital in Deland Florida and Lucerne Hospital in Orlando Florida. Additionally, Jeff has worked for two home infusion companies, Infusioncare and Home Nutritional Services both located in Longwood Florida.  His experience in home infusion included monitoring labs for total parenteral nutrition, IV admixture, home IV antibiotic therapies, pain management, chemo administration, and hydration therapies.  His experience also embodied monitoring aminoglycoside antibiotic therapies as well as Vancomycin.  Later after receiving an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park Florida, he worked for Albertsons.  His pharmacy experience there included the management of four successful pharmacies and recruiting and setting up new pharmacies throughout the state of Florida.  Later in his career, McMillan worked as a pharmacy manager for Kroger Pharmacies.  His responsibilities included staffing and recruitment, scheduling, vaccine administration, inventory and labor management, clinical monitoring of MTM, drug utilization review, drug/drug interactions and customer service.
